Career Fair Employer Resources

Registration

Organizations interested in attending ASU’s career fairs and events will need to register an employer account on our recruiting platform ASU CareerLink (powered by 12twenty). Once enrolled, you can view and register for upcoming career fairs through the Events tab or via the link below.

Payment & Refunds

Career fair registration fees are due in full 21 days before the event date. Reminders will be sent to registrants who have not paid by the stated due date. All registration fees still not paid after 14 days of the stated deadline will result in a cancelled registration.

If requesting a refund, a 10% processing fee will be assessed; registrants will receive a partial refund of 90% of the original registration fee. Refunds requested within 2 weeks of the event will not be granted.

Travel

Visit ASU offers a full list of preferred hotels with contracted room rates and other accommodation options available on each ASU campus.

Campus Maps

Find specific buildings, parking options, sites, and more with the ASU Campus Maps. Please refer to any additional maps the event coordinator has provided for your specific event as well.
