Job Description: Manage and curate content for Fashion Index co-founders’ personal LinkedIn profiles, developing content strategy and supporting thought leadership positioning. A successful candidate will have strong writing and editing skills, a deep understanding of LinkedIn’s professional networking dynamics, and the ability to stay organized in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. The intern will participate in one-on-one working sessions with founder Tirsa Parrish and will gain hands-on experience in running a startup web platform. You will draw on your existing skill sets while we help you fine-tune your skills and grow in your field. This unpaid Internship provides credit for current university students, following your university’s guidelines. Cover letter, resume, writing sample, unofficial transcript, and public social media account handles (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) are required for a complete application.

Responsibilities: • Manage and curate content for co-founders’ personal LinkedIn profiles, including concept development and content strategy • Write engaging captions and select compelling images that align with personal brand and Fashion Index values • Work on a collaborative team, writing and editing captions for Fashion Index content across Instagram and LinkedIn • Monitor and respond to comments within 1-2 hours during business hours to maximize algorithm reach and facilitate meaningful engagement • Initiate strategic connection requests and manage networking outreach on LinkedIn • Create content calendars and analyze engagement metrics for personal profile performance • Other duties as assigned
Qualifications: Working towards a Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or Fashion degree. Other writing/research-intensive majors will be considered.
Requirements: Proficient in LinkedIn and Google Workspace, knowledge of personal branding and LinkedIn content best practices.
Pay: Unpaid, for College/Academic Credit. This requires a concurrent internship class.
Job Duration: About 15 weeks
Schedule: Minimum of three days/week, meeting Fridays at 11 am PST, otherwise flexible. 10-15 hours/week or 150-225 hours total, meeting the requirements of your college/university and Fashion Index.
