The Corporate and Business Law Journal is a forum for the publication and exchange of ideas and information about trends and developments within business and corporate law. The goal of the Corporate and Business Law Journal is to establish itself as a preeminent law review by teaching and developing candidates’ and members’ legal writing skills through the writing and editorial process. Simultaneously, the Journal will publish articles and comments on various influential and novel topics pertaining to corporate and business law. Such topics include corporate governance, securities regulation, capital market regulation, employment law, and the law of mergers and acquisitions.
