National Association of Home Builders at ASU

NAHB is a national club with Chapters at schools throughout the country. At NAHB at ASU, we come together throughout the semester to create a development plan for a lot assigned to us by the competition committee. This includes marketing strategies, home designs, phasing plan, scheduling, region demographics, etc. At the end, we take a trip to the competition to present our hard work to a judging panel of some of the top industry professionals. Our goal is for all members of the club to meet and connect with fellow students, as well as gain real world exposure to the real estate development industry. We utilize real world softwares and tools to complete our project. Students will be provided with the opportunity to present at our competition, network with industry professionals, and build lasting relationships with everyone involved in the club.
