
What is the Invest Grant?
The Invest in our Children, Invest in our Future (Invest) Program supports students, families, schools, and community partners in strengthening college and career readiness in the San Carlos Apache community and the Tohono O’odham Nation. Through strong partnerships with local schools and community organizations, Invest delivers culturally responsive programming designed to improve academic achievement, increase high school graduation rates, and expand access to postsecondary education and career pathways.
Students may also receive assistance to participate in summer camps, college visits, and other college and career development experiences that help build awareness, confidence, and long-term goals. By working at both the individual and systems levels, Invest strengthens pathways that help students successfully transition from high school to college, training, or careers.
The Invest Program is funded by the U.S. Department of Education, Rural Postsecondary and Economic Development grant awarded to Arizona State University.
