Plan a Sun Devil Site Visit with ASU Career Services to intentionally engage, educate, and connect students and alumni with your organization and opportunities, while making connections and increasing branding and awareness of your organization. All requests will be closely reviewed, considered, and prioritized based on the criteria listed at the bottom of the form.
Request Time Frame
Please make site visit requests as soon as possible, ideally with a minimum of 2 months’ notice. Requests made outside of this time frame will be accommodated if possible and based on resources and team availability.

- A confirmation of your submission will be provided by a member of our team within 2 business days.
- If your request is accepted, you will be contacted with next steps.
Site Visits Exclusively Targeting Business and/or Engineering Students
Employers whose career opportunities primarily target business students should contact the W.P. Carey Career Services Center at wpcareycareer@asu.edu to get in touch with their Employer Engagement team.
Requests from employers whose career opportunities exclusively target engineering students should be submitted in the “Events” tab on Handshake. These requests will be reviewed and managed by the Fulton Schools of Engineering.
