Virtual Office Hours
Connect with the employer relations team for assistance with any questions you may have regarding recruitment at ASU.
Tuesdays | 10:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m.
Wednesdays | 11:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
Virtual office hours will not take place on scheduled Career Fair dates.
Career Fairs
Career Services hosts in-person and virtual career fairs each fall and spring semester. Fairs are open to students and alumni of all academic levels and majors and organizations from all industry sectors are invited to attend. Please check our events calendar or Handshake for information on upcoming career fairs.
We provide participating employers with room for displays but reserve the right to place larger displays towards the back or on the edges of the showroom to avoid blocking other booths. If you require an electrical outlet, please make sure to submit your reservation request as early as possible (first come first serve, as these spaces are limited).
As a courtesy to our students, we request that you ensure a representative is present for the full duration of the fair.

Tabling Sessions
Tabling is a great way to connect with students, promote your opportunities, and increase brand awareness on campus. Sessions can be held at our Tempe, Downtown Phoenix, Polytechnic, and West campuses and take place within the busiest part of each campus.
All tabling requests should be submitted through Handshake at least 10 business days in advance to allow our staff sufficient time to reserve a space and equipment. Information Sessions
You can request an information session on the date and time of your choice through Handshake. Daytime sessions are possible but note that students will be less available due to class schedules. Please request all sessions through your Handshake account.
Things to Keep in Mind
Space at ASU’s Tempe Campus Memorial Union is in high demand, so please plan events well in advance. Please allow 10 business days to reserve space; anything under 5 days will not be accommodated.
Catering is available—ask us for menu and pricing information. Orders must be placed at least two weeks in advance.
