Career Fairs

Career Services hosts in-person and virtual career fairs each fall and spring semester. Fairs are open to students and alumni of all academic levels and majors and organizations from all industry sectors are invited to attend. Please check our events calendar or Handshake for information on upcoming career fairs.

We provide participating employers with room for displays but reserve the right to place larger displays towards the back or on the edges of the showroom to avoid blocking other booths. If you require an electrical outlet, please make sure to submit your reservation request as early as possible (first come first serve, as these spaces are limited).

As a courtesy to our students, we request that you ensure a representative is present for the full duration of the fair.

Have questions? Email us at careerservices@asu.edu to connect with our staff.

Additional Engagement Opportunities

As the nation’s #1 school for innovation, we strive to connect employers to students and alumni in a multitude of ways beyond traditional recruitment events. From diversity mixers to industry panels, you will find additional opportunities to engage with ASU Sun Devils outside of typical career events. Our list of events is updated weekly, so please continue to check back for new engagement opportunities.

Change the World Sponsorship

Join us to meet and connect with ASU’s top, imaginative talent!

The Change the World Showcase and Competition celebrates the imagination, efforts, and achievements of ASU students. This annual event is open to the public and will take place on March 20 at Mountain America Stadium at the ASU Tempe Campus. We are projecting an attendance of thousands of students and community members, with over 300 presenting their project ideas to change the world.

For the first time ever, we are hosting an Employer Showcase during the Change the World event. Employers will have the opportunity to engage with ASU’s top, imaginative talent and to get their name out to thousands of ASU students, along with hundreds of community and staff members across the Phoenix-Metro area. This will be a major opportunity for building brand awareness at ASU. All employers that register for and attend the Employer Showcase will be recognized as employer sponsors of the Change the World event and will be advertised throughout the event to over 2,000 attendees!

All employers that participate in the Employer Showcase will receive the following:

  1. Named Sponsor at the Change the World Event
  2. Table/booth to promote their organization
  3. Digital and print promotion of company logo throughout the event
  4. Opportunity to serve as a Judge for the different competitions
  5. Opportunity to attend the student showcase and see the projects presented by over 300 students

Posting Jobs & Internships

To begin building your presence and recruiting ASU talent, please post internship and job listings to Handshake.

Handshake has many worthwhile features for employers: job and internship postings, student profile searches, direct communication with candidates, virtual event hosting and registration and virtual and in-person interview scheduling.

Micro Internships

Have a short-term professional assignment? Consider a Micro-Internship!

Creating a micro-internship project can provide value for your organization, while giving meaningful experience for a student. Learn more at Parker Dewey, our partner in providing Micro-Internships.

Tabling Sessions

Tabling is a great way to connect with students, promote your opportunities, and increase brand awareness on campus. Sessions can be held at our Tempe, Downtown Phoenix, Polytechnic, and West campuses and take place within the busiest part of each campus.

All tabling requests should be submitted through Handshake at least 10 business days in advance to allow our staff sufficient time to reserve a space and equipment. Our staff provide a table, chairs, and designated space for your team. Check out Handshake’s guide on how to create and submit events here: Creating & Editing Events – Handshake Help Center.

Have additional questions? Email us at careerservices@asu.edu to connect with our staff.

Information Sessions

You can request an information session on the date and time of your choice through Handshake. Daytime sessions are possible but note that students will be less available due to class schedules. Please request all sessions through your Handshake account.
